Alpinestars® is committed to your satisfaction and offers a 30-day return window for products in new, unused condition with original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as our high-performance gear to get you back on the track or road quickly.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Shipping Label

  Once authorized, download and print your prepaid return shipping label and include the packing slip inside your parcel.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in their original Alpinestars® boxes and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  After our warehouse inspects the returned gear, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
